A narrative look back on and documented bits of this year's journey.
Connectivity to our own worlds is what binds us and creates a sense of community but I'm finding more and more that when I shut off from all else while enjoying the time, solo mornings I do my best thinking and blogging.
These past few years on my favorite spot on the couch I took some mornings to roam through "Thoughts Ave" before much of the world woke up.
I curled into my spot and wrote pages upon pages in a journal.
I should say a 3rd book (I already filled journal 1&2!).
The compilation of notes in my handwriting I hope are some treasures that somebody will enjoy when I am gone.
Lately... well in the last few years, I have been reading and writing about living nomadic for the winter months.
Yes, it still is just fascinating to me.
These moments are my life. These country living days and travels that have packed this year are the dream I've wanted and am so fortunate to live.
No really, *where* was I? Everywhere is the answer.
Summer 2024 still was an impeccable season.
I often found rained during some weeks, there were still some perfect clear blue sky days.
I'm not stopping anytime soon.
Adventure is still on the menu. Especially since I got my Big Red... Or sometimes called Rosie now dubbed "Phoenix" for the rise from the ashes of death!
The month of May brought a trip to Phoenix area to see my niece "Ashley & family"
I had a wonderful time before they drove off to Alaska...
In Alaska...
Since June it's been a ride of fun and antics...
My bucket list trip to Mackinac Island to see the Grand Hotel was checked off with my sister in-law "Glenda"...
Mini summer trips around local areas exploring places and thing old & new to me.
Then in September my good friend Duane rode up from Mississippi to visit & ride with me...
We rode all over Mid Missouri for 11 days...
Hands down these have been the top days of this year...
The beautiful scenery, time with family & friends and the epic road trips are definitely mental photographs etched in my memory bank.
Now it will be time to plan that epic Winter Vacation In Mississippi & Gulf Coast if the Hurricanes don't wreck everything!
Thanks for reading my mind dump today.
