Once a year the insurance company make me go to an annual exam whether I want it or not. Today was the day... Prognosis: Everything is grand... lost a little weight, lab numbers are fabulous and if I am lucky I will not be back until another year has rolled around.
I did like the sign I saw at the Doctor's Office that make me smile...
