I've been in great back pain since July.
I finally got into see a pain management doctor.
He said my spine was actually pretty good for someone on the doorstep of 67.😅
I have inflammation in the lower spine due to the weight the spine is carrying.
Good news is there is no Nerve Damage so the medication Gabapentin won't work and plus he thought the physical therapy is not needed either.
I was given a few exercises at home and scheduled an injection for December 9th.
I'll have to have someone to drive me & pick me up on the procedure day but I've got that covered.
I'm hoping better days are in the future!
