Another Saturday has rolled around.
Ya know I love deadlines. I especially like the whooshing sound they make as they go flying by.
The deadline of getting my monster of a mess house straighten and organized by Christmas whooshed on by so fast it made my head spin like a tequila hangover.
I decide to save my sanity and concentrate on what I could do and went on with shopping for those dear loved ones of mine for Christmas.
Most important Right?
So my house never got the full attention or an actual tree, lights and no... not a thing, zip of any major decorations went up.
Unless you count the Metal Christmas Porch Tree in the living room and the Door Wreath.
However, the bright side is I have eliminated most of the take down tasks so I am ahead of the game there!
I may have stumbled on to something!!!
Ever since the move back to my cozy lake home things have been a huge task to figure out where to put my stuff & another person's too. To make matters worse, they are no longer living here. Honestly...
Boxes of things not even mine are still left here.
It's been just little ole me to figure where to put things.
It doesn't help to know I still have his stuff to move to some places out of my way because he has abandoned it.
A junk car in my yard...
Plus a motorcycle, tools, boxes of things taking up needed room in my garage and furniture in the house I never really didn't wanted in the first place and left to me to carry out on my own.
I guess it will have to wait until next spring now to get this extra junk gone.
I feel I just have run out of time for a conflict.
My family keep insisting I just report as abandoned and have law enforcement remove the items or file a Missouri claim on the items still on property.
At the moment my decision is to get what I can get done and then leave for my winter hiatus as planned.
I'm too old for this irritating mess... It will be here when I get back or if not good riddance!
Now it's just my full on getting ready for my Snowbird Flight 5! 🎉
This year it will be... "Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana Coastal Exploration 2024." 🥂
