12/18/2024 Thoughts & Memories...

I always feel most present when I write. Writing takes me to a place of flow, where time stands still and there are no minutes just thoughts to that separate the spaces of time.

I've said it before, but I do this for my own history.

A narrative to look back on and be so happy I've documented bits of this journey.

I'm finding more and more that when I shut off from all else while enjoying the time, solo mornings I do my best thinking and blogging.

This past few days on my favorite spot on the couch I took some mornings to roam through "Thoughts Ave" before much of the world woke up.

I curled into my spot and wrote pages upon pages in a journal.

I should say 3rd book (I already filled journal 1 & 2!)

The compilation of notes in my handwriting I hope are some treasures that somebody will enjoy when I am gone.

For the last 4 years I had been experiencing and writing about the living nomadic for the winter months and it's just fascinating to me.

These moments are my life. These city days, moving and travels that have packed this year are the dream I've wanted and am so fortunate to live.

No really, "where" was I?

Everywhere would be my answer.

First part of 2024 I wandering Alabama, Louisiana & Mississippi!

I brought in the New Year with a wonderful time with my friends Vicki - Duane in Mississippi

In fact, lots of traveling to multitude of beaches and regional sites...

Found a bunch of interesting Flea markets...

Thanks to my good pals with their hospitality I got to spent several months riding and sightseeing.

Thank You!

I got back in time to enjoy the rest of the year with my kiddos back home!

Summer 2024 has graced me with an impeccable season.

Warm but the nicest in my last few years I believe.

It was great that it only seemed to rained when I need the down time anyway. 😄

There were perfect clear blue sky days as the weekend norm.

Since June it's been a ride of fun and antics, with many Missouri mini road trips, fairs and more...

Then there was that 10 day trip which turned into Indiana & Michigan Road Trip with my Sister In-law.

I even got to see in the Grand Hotel!

In fact my favorite movies was filmed there.

(Somewhere In Time)

I bebopped around Missouri when I returned home.

I've kept busy until July when I had a sudden back pain onset which has slowed me down to less sight seeing until my Mississippi friend Duane visited me in October.

There has definitely been beautiful scenery, time with family & friends and epic road trips that are mental photographs etched in my memory bank.

Thanks for listening to my mind dump today!

I'm hoping for more adventures in 2025!

Nana
