Day 14 since we arrived back home from our Southern USA Winter Vacation. Now just two short trips to get groceries and one day of car isolation around the lake has been our extent of outings.
Today I was asked which wall did I want to look at today. My response was the one with the TV on it. Lol.
Cooking, dishes, laundry, moving boxes unpacking, little project completion and personal hygine mandate our time these day like many others.
However, with my woes seeming trivial as I really think beyond myself and realize that in these uncertain times, there are plenty of people who have stepped up to do the hard work during the COVID-19 outbreak. Those front line workers, the truck drivers, the grocery store workers, first responders, and healthcare workers, and all workers still responding to the call to work. Those that have been putting in the long hours, to make sure we’re safe, healthy and secure.
I along with those others sitting home, would like to applaude those on the frontline for their courage and sacrafice. God Bless all of you while I watch my wall.
