That voice on the other end of the phone asking for Mom to help her. It broke my heart... One more thing to overcome. Then "Mom... The Protector" kicked into action.

As many may know my oldest daughter has had a turd of a year. A loss of a husband, family and friends, emotions overdrive and financial nightmare. Now her car crapped out today on the way home to Missouri.
I assured her it will get better and I'll be right there to pick her up.
