Yesterday was a journey to Hartsville, MO. It was White Hart Renaissance Faire. This Faire is quite unique. It is far, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and modern life. Deep in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by pristine woods, rolling meadows and the occasional Amish buggy you step through a dimensional porthole to Whitehart!
Once there you will see a strange land full of Pirates, Scotsman, Knights, gypsies, ladies, royalty, peasants and merchants galore. There are Faires and Fae, even a leprechaun.
The Faire is ruled by a queen who visits each part of the land.
There are many shows to see, crafters to observe and merchants to purchase souvenirs and more. There is a small bakery, a pub and even a superb restaurant nestled in a quiet shady spot.
It was a grand Day In The Kingdom!
