9/16/2021 Singing The Bathroom Blues...

Most people like to sing in the shower, and when they do they mostly sing happy songs. But my bathtubs has me singing the blues when I clean them, I have tried all the commercial products but still finding myself standing on my head scrubbing endlessly. There has to be a better way. I have read that the bathtub blues are caused by three dirty, low-down scoundrels; soap scum, mold, and mildew. Soap scum is not caused by soap – it’s actually caused by minerals such as calcium and magnesium that bond with soap, body oils, and dead skin when you bathe. This creates a white scum that sticks to tubs, tile, shower curtains, and other surfaces. Soap scum also provides a perfect environment for the growth of mold and mildew which grows on tile grout and caulking in the damp corners of the bathroom. If I want to chase away the bathtub blues, I'm going to have to find something that works. Now don't get me wrong "Blue" is a wonderful color that can provide feelings of calm, peace, and quiet—perfect music too but not for my bathroom.

If I get the blues when I think of cleaning my bathtub, it’s time to see the light and call in the reinforcements!

I'll be in my easy chair with a glass of wine and my feet up. Everything thing might look better later. 😂

Hic..up! What do you know...Everything is looking at better already!
