10/11/2021 Times Remembered...

Updated: Oct 10, 2022

A narrative look back on and documented bits of this year's journey.

Connectivity to our own worlds is what binds us and creates a sense of community but I'm finding more and more that when I shut off from all else while enjoying the time, solo mornings I do my best thinking and blogging. These past few years on my favorite spot on the couch I took some mornings to roam through "Thoughts Ave" before much of the world woke up. I curled into my spot and wrote pages upon pages in a journal.

I should say a 3rd book (I already filled journal 1&2!).

The compilation of notes in my handwriting I hope are some treasures that somebody will enjoy when I am gone.

Lately...well in the last few years, I have been reading and writing about living nomadic for the winter months. Yes, it still is just fascinating to me.

These moments are my life. These country living days and travels that have packed this year are the dream I've wanted and am so fortunate to live.

No really, *where* was I? Everywhere is the answer.

Summer 2021 still was an impeccable season. Where though I often found rained during some weeks, there were still some perfect clear blue sky days.

I'm not stopping anytime soon. Adventure is still on the menu. Especially since I got back my Big Red... Or sometimes called Rosie now dubbed "Phoenix" for the rise from the ashes of death!

Since June it's been a ride of fun and antics...

Mini summer trips around local areas exploring places and thing new to us.

Riding to Kansas to explore motorcycle museums...

Visiting Coffeyville, Kansas & parts of Oklahoma in search of more museum fun...

Then a trip to Dodge City, Kansas to escort cousin Robert for a three week visit....

In those three weeks we rode 2500 miles! 😁

Then came The Lake Rally...

Oh, and can't forget The 2021 OMG Rally...

Hands down these have been the top days of this year...

The beautiful scenery, time with family & friends and the epic road trips are definitely mental photographs etched in my memory bank.

Now it will be time to plan that epic Winter Vacation!

Thanks for reading my mind dump today.

Nana
