Another day in the life of Nana...
Imagine living a life where every day is your Saturdays and Sundays.
Making every day your weekend.
Making every day a play-day.
It might seem impossible but us old geezers can actually transform our days into an endless weekend, once we start to live the life we want.
When we are excited about what we do and we work with joy, we discover that every day is as amazing as Saturday.
For example my actual Saturdays begin with a usually a liesurely breakfast out for the weekend at McDonald's or Burger King or any restaurant that suits my fancy... Now that can be fun in it's own right because you never know what you might see!
Then it's on to whatever I can find to do or happening near me... Car Shows, Antique Shopping, Festivals, Motorcycle Rallys, Day Trips, Casinos, Picnics, Business Appreciation Days, Or Just Picture Taking Crazy Granny Days.
Every now and again I buckle down and do the necessary chores but always with an idea of fun as a reward.
I have the best couch picnics, hot dog roast or even a toasted cheese parties with a finale of Good Ole Binge Watching On The TV. 😋
Sundays are usually eating my favorite: Cheesy Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast Burrito or Western Omelette, Coffee and Oatmeal/Raisin Cookies at my local Braum's.
Then Church and relaxing with my daughter, sil and grandson.
If they are unavailable then it's a relaxing afternoon visit to " The Library Station" to have a grand time getting lost in books and magazines for several hours.
A finale to the day is usually someplace with Steak, Pork Chops, Cheeseburgers, Tacos, Pizza Dinners or Spaghetti, Salad & Bread Sticks (love the endless bread sticks) at...
Life can be grand!
