Many times, a cathartic effect is essential in dealing with the pain that losing someone close to you brings about. Facing those emotions head on is sometimes the only option left.
We’ve all lost someone in our lives and it has most definitely been tough to deal with. Memories resurface from time to time and make adjustment that much more difficult. Losing someone close or something important to you is a very emotional experience. Ideally, one should not have to deal with it by oneself.
Yet, in our thoughts, grief and loss we are alone and it is ultimately up to us to find a way to deal with the grief.
This is something to remember in the days of life & pain.
“Love is stronger than death even though it can’t stop death from happening, but no matter how hard death tries it can’t separate people from love. It can’t take away our memories either. In the end, life is stronger than death.”
So now that with that loss of someone we love we must learn not to live without them, but to live with the love they left behind.” –
God Bless to all...
