Today is Cyber Monday, also known as Blue Monday, a marketing term for the Monday after the Thanksgiving holiday in the good old USA. Of course it was created by retailers to encourage people to shop online.
Supposably, Cyber Monday is a better day to shop for tech deals and smaller gifts. You'll also see slightly better discounts online.
Cyber Monday is actually now even bigger than Black Friday — retail sales on Cyber Monday in 2019 soared to a record 9.4 billion in sales.
Black Friday used to be characterized by long lines, crowded stores, and the mad rush for bargains, but that, of course, is impossible during the Covid-19 pandemic.
That said, shopper can look forward to shopping for the very best deals without ever leaving their house, regardless of whether we choose to shop on Black Friday, on Cyber Monday.
Right now I've gotta run to take my truck to have a few repairs completed before January and then maybe I'll check out some Cyber Deals!
