Today is Cyber Monday, also known as Blue Monday, a marketing term for the Monday after Thanksgiving holiday here in the USA.
Of course it was created by retailers to encourage consumers to shop online.
Supposedly, Cyber Monday is a better day to shop for tech deals and smaller gifts.
You'll also see they have some slightly better discounts online.
It is being announced that Cyber Monday is actually now even bigger than Black Friday — retail sales on Cyber Monday last year in 2022 soared to a record 9.4 billion in sales.
Black Friday used to be characterized by long lines, crowded stores, and the mad rush for bargains, but that, of course, was impossible during the Covid-19 pandemic.
That said, shopper can look forward to shopping for the very best deals without ever leaving their house, regardless of whether they choose to shop on Black Friday, or on Cyber Monday.
Right now I've gotta get home from my Thanksgiving & Birthday trip from Indianapolis, Indiana.
I might check out some Cyber Deals and I'm waiting to receive the ones I've already bought!
God Bless & I hope everyone has a Happy Blue Monday!
Nana
