Thinking about fruitcakes this time of year?

Some of the best comes from a small monastery in Missouri.

Assumption Abbey Fruit Cakes are a dark, rich traditional style of a fruit cake.

Made by Trappist Monks in a small monastery in Ava, Missouri, who oversee all stages of production. This rich, dark and spicy fruitcake is spiked with burgundy wine and rum & studded with English walnuts, pecans, pineapple, cherries, raisins, currants, South American citron with orange & lemon peel.

This fruit cake is one of my favorites.

The real deal but sadly I can no longer endulge in these foods anymore. Plus the prices can make your wallet scream ouch!

"The Abbey" will ship them all over the world if you get your order in early.

However, they do have in stock & sell them in stores such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Macy’s. As well as local Missouri Rock Bridge Trout Ranch... & even on-line at Amazon still have a few too!

If you love Fruit Cakes... You'll Enjoy This Christmas Tradition!
