12/27/2025 Woke To A Ring A Ding...

At 6:30 am I was awaken by the local Quest Lab's nurse informing me that my INR was dangerously High which means I was at critical for bleeding to death if I was hurt or etc. She informed me to not take my meds for the two day weekend & immediately call my Doctor to see if he wanted me to go to hospital for vitamin k transfusion.

I was determined to be very careful & add salads and broccoli to my diet in the meantime until I could contact my healthcare team.

Still a kicking at the moment!
