The road has been hot for us utilizing the social distancing required by the Coronavirus. Our prescriped run took us down to where the Mississippi meets the Gulf.
Stopped at Fort Jackson which was constructed after the War of 1812 on the advice of Andrew Jackson, for whom it is named. It is situated approximately 70 miles south of New Orleans on the western bank of the Mississippi.
