Since getting back home we have tried to obey the mandatory Coronavirus isolation. This should be especially easier since I live in a country home, infact it is my favorite 10 acres on Earth. Plus considering we spent mostly the last 2 1/2 months in a 7 x 8 ft. space. This should be doable.
You would never know looking at it from the outside, the worth of my home means to me. There may be more stately mansions that may look more devine but they lack the passion that went into this structure. Inside this house you’ll find memories everywhere from attic to basement. There are most certainly echoes of hearts past and present.
There may not be granite countertops, velvet curtains, etched glass but these walls have my heart.
I think of the sweat, toil and tears of making this house a home. The memories shared within this house comforts me as I look out the window towards a hopeful future. I pray that there will continue to be love as large as the past within this house. It will be a place where families will be brought together with joyous times. This country home was built with passion and surely will endure and flourish into the future. Love be outlasting within these walls. This is my house, my home and my world.
When this virus is in the rearview mirror and our lives can be halfway back to normal, the doors will always be open to come sit awhile with me. Hope to see you sometime soon. Be Safe!
