I had hoped for slow relaxing return to Missouri.
However, first order of business was to get a new tire for the Ford Fiesta.
You would think 23k miles on tires would not have any problems but with the car sitting for two months I found my road hazard insurance paid off.
The culprit was at somewhere I had picked up a piece of metal in the tread.
However, finding a Walmart to service it was very dismal. I had to take it to Springfield, MO to find a store that would find time for a fix or replacement of the tire.
I had all kinds of excuses which kinda got me upset to think a gal all by herself on the road was supposed to wait at earliest 48 hours. Nope I wasn't going to depend on that little donut tire which by the way is the original tire when I bought the car in 2015.
I think I gonna need a can of Fix A Flat & a new spare tire in the cars from now forward.
Sure miss my guy that used to handle all these worries & situations.
Hope your days are better than mine this month.
