I found life sure does have a way of changing on us. I was looking back over these things that pop up in the whole memory deal on Facebook.
Daily these things come around, some are good, some not so good.
People that you have lost and are not with you any longer... Stings your heart on those days.
Some photos will make ya feel ten feet tall, then another humbles you.
It’s just pictures that come along daily, but it’s this thing called life.
As I look at this photo memories I remember many things, and it started me to thinking the difference in then and now.
Honestly there really isn't anything in my life even close to being the same.
I don’t even wear those pink suede boots anymore, I’m a black boot kinda girl now. The Suzuki(s) & their attachments are long gone, the Goldwing & Yamaha are home to me now.
Maybe that time was my season?
Not really sure, it was definitely before me accepting that life changes and you have to have a new normal.
Nothing is as urgent or important as I once thought.
The first picture is where we had accompanied the Patriot Guard on a mission that day.
Guess we got schooled rather quickly on the ways of the world and the madness of some people.
We tried to look after the grieving families.
Anyway, when your life starts unfolding in pictures, it gets a person's mind to rolling.
Bottom line, time doesn’t wait, why should we?
Time is a precious little thing. High time to take a serious deep breath and realize what matters and what doesn’t.
Much like brush hogging an overgrown property, get rid of the bad, pour into the good, trim it all up, so it can grow.
That’s the object in my sights, as I look down the barrel of life this Friday morning.
I will be dealing with life as it comes to me... Same as you.
Happy Adventures Around The Sun!
