Yesterday started off with placing flowers on my family's graves and then onward to Columbia, MO. A nice 30 mile ride up Hwy 63. University Of MO campus, Veterans Hospital, University Of MO Hospital & Clinics are all so familiar to me. Also, some might fine eating places.
First stop was a leisurely walk & rest at Shelter Gardens. Just what we needed on the 86° day.
Onward to fill our bellies... G&D is my must stop Steakhouse(A small place owned by the Greek Aslanidis family) Best tasting steaks around!
These old coots tire easily & with full bellies we decided to find our hotel suite to soak up some cold air!
