The Old Time Music & Ozark Heritage Festival lasted two days so I just set in for a fabulous time of music, vendors crafts from yester years, demonstrations, reenactments, mule jumper competition and food!
I also enjoyed riding over the town looking at their historical homes...
Talking about history... I have absolutely enjoyed the clean room I was able to book. It was a quaint preserved 1950's motel right downtown... The West Plains Motel...

Also included a free breakfast of biscuits and sausage gravy, cereals, muffins, coffee, milk & orange juice.
The rooms were nicer than most and very economical & in my price range! $43
This has been a fabulous long weekend getaway!
