Red Carpet meets Oscar, meets Cannes Film Festival, meets Sato48!
It was a red carpet night at The Gilloiz Theater...
SATO48 is the popular (and short) version of "Springfield and the Ozarks 48-Hour Film Challenge," during which filmmaking teams make an original 5-minute movie from start to finish in one weekend — a fast and furious 48 hours! The twist is that the filmmakers don't know what their movie must be about until it is revealed to them in the form of an Inspiration Package. The completed and successfully submitted films then move to a Festival Screening, with voting by fellow filmmakers and community members determining the "Best Of," followed with judging by international experts in their field. The results of all voting and judging form the red-carpet SATO48 Recognition & Awards Ceremony. The event was open to all. Sage and I just had to experience the Red Carpet! It was a fantastic time. ❤️
