Today did not go as planned. I had every intention of getting my car's oil changed at the local Wally World. However, I found out after strolling through the store for 45 minutes waiting, they had no bulk 5-20 Quaker State Oil to change my car's oil. Their Surprise - Surprise was an up grade to Pennsoil and a $10 up charge. Nope this girl went out and bought a full synthetic oil and Ford's oil filter to change the oil myself cheaper than their charges!
I was bummed at first but realized in the end this allowed me to reconsider my plans to leave so quickly on our Westward Ho Vacation.
We will take an extra few days to bring things together at a pace that won't kill us getting everything done.
My epiphany out of all this:
