It's August 13th!
Thirteen has always been a good day in our family. My daughters were both born on the 13th, My granddaughter was born on the 13th and to start it all off, my father was born on August 13 and yes, today is his birthday!
Dads are the best men in any girl’s life; a good dad listen and care about each child especially their little girls, no matter the age, your dad will want to always be there for you. When their birthdays come around, even though they are not around, You still would like to give them the usual hug and send them a message showing them that they mean so much to you.
You see there was a special kind of bond between my dad & I.
They say I am definitely his daughter and I see him in myself. I hope I live to make him a proud dad.
I will always cherish those father- daughter moments, the love of cars, boats, motorcycles.... heck anything with a motor was our enjoyment together.
He bought me my first mini bike & motorcycle which started the fever.
He always bragged with pride that his daughter "rode" a motorcycle.
My wish for him is to know I'm thinking of him today and hope that he has a Happy Birthday In Heaven!
