8/21/2023 Hot Days Of Summer...

Writer's picture: Nana Nana

This year has been the year of extreme hot heat. These temperaturesšŸŒ”ļøare most definitely hotter than the usual August days. Yesterday it was 105Ā°!

The ancient Romans called the hottest, most humid days of summer ā€œdiēs caniculārēs" or ā€œdog days." The name came about because they associated the hottest days of summer with the star Sirius. Sirius was known as the ā€œDog Star" because it was the brightest star in the constellation Canis Major (Large Dog).

Well Dog Days Or Not & Despite the heat I foolishly or insanely working on my camper to getting it ready to roll within a week.

It's early morning rise & shine so as work while the mercury is bearable.

It's going to be Colorado or Bust!

Stay Cool Ya'll!

Nana
