I'm up a creek because it is too hot to work this week.
The temperatures are hovering around 100° and heat index's are off the chart with this high humidity!
U.S. occupational safety standards warn that workers are at risk of heat stress when the heat index reaches 91 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. 😲
I just might have to go on strike with this crazy boss of mine wanting me to work in these conditions.
Oh wait I'm the boss so I'm just going to give myself a scolding and do what I can do in the wee hours in the mornings but... Wait! That's still kinda crazy at my age!
Oh well I may or may not get things accomplished before Saturday. Will just keep plugging along if I can & if I chicken out because of heat then that's ok too!
