As I drive to Church I usually catch a glimpse of Missouri's first Buc-ee’s.

It is a massive sight to see!

The popular Texas born chain gas station chain broke ground on its 53,000 square foot, 120-pump convenience store in Springfield in 2022.

The store is located at 3284 N. Mulroy Rd. off of Interstate 44.

It seems inevitable that it would appear near "Springfield that is the Birthplace of Route 66 after all,"

"It's just seems natural that Buc-ee's, the ultimate road-trip destination, is at our gorgeous stretch of Americana history."

Buc-ee's prides itself on having the "cleanest restrooms in America", along with massive convenience stores featuring a large variety of food and drink options.

I certainly can attest to this huge complexity when I visited several of their store/stations, one in Daytona Beach, Florida and one in Alabama, where I got the T-Shirt...

Missouri now has the next level of super mega Fuel & Convenience Stores built here and another just completed this year.

I had never imagined something so huge and did not believe it until I witnessed one myself.

As a traveler I am excited to see it here in my Neighborhood!
