With all the fun of the last few weeks and days, I am now looking forward to finally getting back home today.
I'm excited to be filling my life with the things I love, surrounded by my familiar things. I yearn for that feeling like I once again belong. My cozy home with only the birds and nature's awaking to greet me each day.
I have spent the last 8 years living in surroundings that were foreign to me... City lights, neighbors within spitting distance, loud & busy traffic, and people & places of rules/regulations.
Home has become not so much a place but how that place makes me feel.
“No one realizes how beautiful it is to travel until he/she comes home and rests his/her head on their old, familiar pillow.” Whew... Hoo! I will be Home Once Again!
