I've got a Parsley Tea Recipe for Swelling (Edema Relief)
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley (or 1–2 teaspoons dried parsley)
• 2 cups water
• Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon juice or honey (for flavor)
Instructions:
1. Boil Water: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
2. Add Parsley: Add the fresh (chopped) or dried parsley to the hot water.
3. Steep: Cover and let it steep for about 5–10 minutes.
4. Strain: Strain the tea to remove parsley leaves.
5. Serve: Add lemon or honey if desired, and drink warm.
Usage:
• Drink 1–2 cups per day.
• Best consumed in the morning or early afternoon (avoid at night due to its diuretic effect).
Note & Caution:
• If you have kidney issues, take diuretics, or are pregnant/breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using parsley tea.
• Persistent swelling could indicate underlying conditions (like heart, kidney, or liver problems)—medical evaluation is important.
