7/8/2026 Plans Are Flexible...

Not all days go as planned. A few days ago I had every intention of getting my car's oil changed at the local Wally World. However, I found out evidently now you have to book a reservation & after getting a parking space strolling into the store, I was told they had no bulk 5-20 Oil to change my car's oil.

Their Surprise - Surprise oil was an up grade to Pennzoil and a $10 up charge.

Nope this girl went out and drove to Take 5 Oil Change in Springfield. It was a much better experience.

I bought a full synthetic oil change where I just sat in my car complete with Ford specs oil & filter plus a check on tires, lights, wipers & refill all fluids with a smile!

I was bummed at first but realized in the end this allowed me to reconsider my plans to leave so quickly on my Westward Ho Vacation.

I will take an extra days or weeks to bring things together at a pace that won't kill me getting everything done.

My epiphany out of all this:

Life is an opportunity, so benefit from it. Life is beauty, so admire it.

Life is a game, so play it.

Life is a promise, so fulfill it.

Life is luck, so make it.

Life is too precious, so do not destroy it.

Life is life, so fight for it!
