7/14/2024 Hi Ho Off I Went To Urgent Care...

Yesterday I finally gave up and went to Urgent Care near me.

My back spasms were not any better. They gave me a anti inflammatory injection & prescribed me Prednisone and a muscle relaxer to whip the back problems.

I started noticing aching from all the car riding & walking plus the super soft bed I was using on my vacation.

Keep your fingers crossed that does it. 🥹

I just sat it out in the recliner.

Then they gave me exercises to do at least on the bed if necessary.

We'll see if that's gonna work. 🥴
